Delete your Pantry Ally account

You can delete your Pantry Ally account and its data at any time: on this page or by email to [email protected]. In-app deletion arrives in the next app update; until then use this page or email.

How to ask

Email us from the address you use to sign in to Pantry Ally, with the subject "Delete my account". We may reply to confirm it's really you.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Everything you added: pantry items, grocery lists, budget and calorie entries. (Receipt photos and text are read on your phone and are never collected or stored by us.)
• Your household and all of its data, if you are its last member. If others are still in the household, their data stays and you are removed from it.

When

We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request and email you when it's done.
